Job summary

The Gardner School of Minnetonka is seeking a Lead Teacher for Infant & Toddler Programs. You will guide the classroom with warmth and creativity, mentor assistants, and build strong family relationships to support growth.

Qualifications

• Certified to the extent required in Minnesota (CDA) or an Associate’s in Early Childhood Education (ECE) – required
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood or related field – preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom with warmth, creativity, and excellence
• Mentor assistant teachers and model The Gardner School’s core values
• Build lasting relationships with families through communication and collaboration
• Create developmentally appropriate lesson plans that support exploration and growth
• Ensure classroom safety, compliance, and a joyful, nurturing environment

Education
