Qualifications

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• 45-hour infant/toddler certification or CDA preferred.
• 1–2 years of previous experience preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Capable of multi-tasking and maintaining operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead teachers coordinate daily operations of assigned classes.
• Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for childcare in a safe environment.
• Work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.
