Qualifications

• Must follow safety procedures (Name-to-Face, allergy protocols, Safe Sleep).
• Able to work collaboratively in a classroom team.
• Must read, write, and speak effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Greet children and families and establish welcoming relationships.
• Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Support Lead Teacher in planning and delivering curriculum.
• Communicate professionally with families and staff using Cadence tools.
• Follow the Cadence Education Safety and Supervision Manual and policy reporting.
• Assist in managing and escalating child behaviors per Cadence policies.
• Adhere to all Cadence Education policies in the Employee Handbook.
• Attend required meetings, trainings, and development activities.
