Easter Seals Wisconsin Camps is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher to provide high-quality, developmentally appropriate early childhood education in a structured setting under the supervision of the Center Manager and together with Early Childhood Specialists.

The role emphasizes individualized activities, safety, family involvement, and strict adherence to Georgia licensing, NAEYC standards, and Head Start requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum CDA with Infant/Toddler endorsement or higher degree in Early Childhood Education
• Ability to plan developmentally appropriate activities and monitor child development
• Familiarity with GA licensure, NAEYC accreditation and Head Start Performance Standards

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally and linguistically appropriate activities for young children.
• Maintain classroom safety and constantly monitor staff-child ratios.
• Provide a clearly defined daily schedule of activities for children and teachers.
• Assist with Child Transition Plans, field trips and community resource awareness for families.
• Participate in mandatory Easter Seals trainings and required state trainings.

Education

CDA Credential with Infant/Toddler endorsement

Higher degree in Early Childhood Education / Child Development / Special Education or related field
