Job summary

BrightPath Kids is hiring for an Early Childhood Educator to join our team in Virginia. You will ensure safety and supervision of children, develop curricula aligned with NAEYC standards, and create engaging activities tailored to each child's interests and learning style.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 1 year of licensed child care facility experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.

• Ability to work within regular operating hours.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.
