Job summary

The Goddard School of Saint Charles - Geneva, IL is seeking a devoted teacher to coordinate daily activities, plan engaging lessons, and support children’s growth in a nurturing classroom environment.

You will collaborate with parents and fellow staff to maintain high standards of safety, learning, and customer service, while upholding the school’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential preferred.
• 1–2 years of previous experience preferred.
• Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and faculty members.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and pass background check eligibility.

• Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for childcare in a safe environment.
• Work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.

Our lead teachers are responsible for coordinating the daily operations of assigned classes.
