Now Hiring: Lead Teachers at STEM Child Care in Castle Rock!

STEM Child Care, a family-owned and operated preschool in Castle Rock, is excited to welcome passionate early childhood educators to our growing team! We’re currently seeking Lead Teachers to join us in a variety of enriching classroom environments, including:

Infants (Birth–18 months)
Toddlers (1–2.5 years)
Resource Teachers (Floaters)

At STEM Child Care, we believe in nurturing each child’s natural curiosity and fostering a lifelong love of learning. Our scholars are encouraged to grow at their own pace in a supportive, play-based setting, guided by a dedicated team of warm, caring educators.

We’re looking for compassionate, creative, and energetic teachers who bring joy to their classrooms and create meaningful learning experiences each day. Our Lead Teachers play a key role in shaping young minds and supporting families during these important early years.

Lead Teachers at STEM:
  • Create nurturing and educational spaces where young scholars thrive
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with families and communicate regularly about each child’s development
  • Promote social-emotional learning and support the unique growth of every child
  • Ensure scholar safety while upholding all licensing and health guidelines
  • Collaborate with peers to deliver engaging lessons and manage a well-organized classroom
  • Participate in designing a stimulating environment using our teacher-led, STEM-based curriculum
What We’re Looking For:
  • A warm, supportive teaching style and genuine love for working with young children
  • Ability to pass state and federal background checks
  • At least 18 years of age and able to obtain medical clearance to work with children
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Early Childhood Professional Credential (3.0 Level 2+) or CDA
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 6 years
