Celebree School is seeking a Lead Infant Teacher to shape early development in a nurturing, enriching setting that reflects Celebree's vision and values for infants and toddlers. You will provide developmentally appropriate experiences and guide classroom Aides in early childhood education with confidence and compassion.

The role emphasizes managing the infant/toddler classroom, creating timely lesson plans, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and handling routine paperwork and attendance.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• This position requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements.
• The ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills; patience and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree's infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking
