The Goddard School located at 158 Scotch Rd Ewing NJ 08628 is seeking a passionate Lead Infant Teacher. Lead daily activities using our Wonder of Learning program to foster development and joy in early childhood.

Join a supportive team and collaborate to provide a nurturing, developmentally appropriate curriculum while meeting health and safety standards and maintaining positive family communication.

Qualifications

• Relationship building and communication with children, families and staff.
• Must have high school diploma; prefer ECE degree or CDA.
• 1–2 years of experience with young children in licensed settings.
• State-required pre-service training completed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, inclusive classroom environment.
• Communicate with families about child progress and daily activities.
• Uphold health and safety standards in line with licensing requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Observe and document children’s learning to inform activities.
