The Learning Experience in Florida is hiring an Infant Lead Teacher to nurture and guide the youngest learners. You’ll create a safe environment, plan age-appropriate activities, and lead the classroom with warmth and professionalism.

We value teamwork, ongoing training, and growth opportunities. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and benefits.

Formación

• Experience caring for infants and guiding age-appropriate activities.
• Ability to lead a classroom and support fellow teachers.
• Strong communication and teamwork with families and staff.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain as required.
• Florida childcare credentials or equivalent credentials preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Create a safe, loving environment for infants.
• Plan age-appropriate activities supporting early development.
• Follow feeding, diapering, and nap routines, including safe sleep practices.
• Track milestones and communicate with families about their child’s day.
• Lead the classroom, support colleagues, and maintain a clean, organized space.
• Follow childcare licensing and safety requirements.
