Job summary

The Learning Experience - Hickory Flat, GA is looking for a passionate educator to care for and teach 1-year-old infants. The role requires at least 2 years of professional teaching experience in childcare, certification in CPR and first aid, and a CDA credential. Successful candidates will implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum and build strong relationships with both children and their families. Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience in a childcare facility caring for infants/babies.
• Ability to implement L.E.A.P curriculum and nurture a learning environment.
• Required to have current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and engaging learning environment for 1-year-old babies.
• Implement proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum with fun characters.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s progress.

Skills

Genuine passion for education and care of children

Professional teaching experience in childcare

CPR and first aid certification

Ability to meet state/local childcare licensing requirements

Education

Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education
