Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher to join our childcare team in Plano, TX. You will create engaging, interactive learning experiences while guiding fellow Teachers and ensuring the growth of preschool children.

You will lead classroom management, implement curriculum, and uphold licensing guidelines and company standards. We value energetic, dependable individuals aged 18+ with classroom leadership and lesson-planning skills.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
