- Lead Infant Teacher:working with children 6 weeks to 1 years old and the shift can be 7:30am to 4:30pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday
Salary
- $21.00 - $23.00/hourpending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood Education experience

Job Responsibilities
- Provide asafe, warm, and nurturing environmentthat supports infants’ emotional and developmental needs
- Build strong, trusting relationships with infants throughresponsive, attentive, and individualized care
- Supervise and engage infants inage-appropriate sensory, developmental, and play-based activities
- Support infants’ daily routines, includingfeeding, diapering, napping, and maintaining consistent schedules
- Maintain aclean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom
- Closely monitor each infant’shealth, safety, comfort, and overall well-being
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create aconsistent, caring, and enriching classroom environment
- Communicate openly and professionally with parents about their child’sdaily experiences, development, milestones, and needs
- Plan and implementdevelopmentally appropriate activitiesthat encourage infants’ cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development
- Maintainaccurate developmental observations and educational portfoliosfor each child
Qualifications
- REQUIRED Education:16 semester or 24 quarter credits in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field, a completed Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification, or a completed degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
- REQUIRED Experience:1 year of experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education facility
- Mustbe at least 18years old
- Mustmeet background check eligibility
- Mustbe able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations - for Infant Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
