Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to develop fun, interactive learning experiences for preschoolers and to mentor fellow teachers. The role emphasizes caring for children and promoting their social, physical, and intellectual growth within a supportive team.

You will lead classroom management, ensure curriculum implementation, and stay aligned with licensing guidelines and company standards while building strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $19.67-$20.44 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
