Pay Range: $19 - $24 per hour, based on experience and credentials.

Positions available at campuses in Bethesda, Congressional Plaza, and Potomac Village. Full-time hours between 9am-6pm.

Role Responsibilities:

• Meet the educational needs of infants/toddlers (6 weeks - 24 months) with age-appropriate curricula
• Ensure health, safety, and welfare of children
• Support physical, socio-emotional, and developmental needs
• Demonstrate leadership and effective communication
• Maintain a safe, positive classroom environment

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years relevant experience
• MSDE 90hr Infant/Toddler Certification or CDA with Infant/Toddler Endorsement
• Knowledge of child development principles and MSDE regulations
• Warm, friendly demeanor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (a plus)
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable and organized
• Team-oriented
