Job summary

The Gardner School in Hingham, MA is hiring a Lead Infant Teacher to join our founding team. This full-time role focuses on creating a warm, safe classroom where infants receive engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.

Your responsibilities include planning lessons, mentoring associates, building strong relationships with families, and upholding our safety standards and program quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of early childhood education experience (lead or co-lead preferred).
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

(Required)* Regular and reliable attendance.* Intermediate PC skills and proficiency with general administrative tasks.
