Job summary

The Goddard School of Florham Park is seeking an inspirational Lead Infant Teacher to join a vibrant, supportive learning community. You will nurture early development and create a safe, engaging environment for infants, partnering with families to promote holistic growth.

We value educators with ECE credentials or related degrees, 1–2 years of experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and the ability to calmly manage busy classrooms while multi-tasking.

Qualifications

• CDA/Associate/Bachelor in ECE or related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to calmly address stressful situations while multi-tasking.
• Able to lift infants into/out of a crib.
• Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and faculty.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
