Responsibilities:

As an Infant Teacher, you will be provided with the tools, resources, and training to:

• Guide infants through their daily activities with gentle support as they take their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Create a welcoming and friendly environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Develop and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating, in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting classroom where curiosity can flourish.
• Complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking accurately.

Qualifications:

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Comprehensive knowledge of children's behavioral and developmental stages and childcare licensing requirements is required.
• Strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), problem-solving skills, patience, and flexibility are essential for classroom management.
