Responsibilities:
As an Infant Teacher, you will be provided with the tools, resources, and training to:
- Guide infants through their daily activities with gentle support as they take their first steps.
- Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Create a welcoming and friendly environment for children, parents, and visitors.
- Develop and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating, in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting classroom where curiosity can flourish.
- Complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking accurately.
Qualifications:
- Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
- Comprehensive knowledge of children's behavioral and developmental stages and childcare licensing requirements is required.
- Strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), problem-solving skills, patience, and flexibility are essential for classroom management.
