Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, summer camp, and after-school programs. Our locations span a nationwide geographic footprint and a diverse array of pedagogical approaches — including proprietary methods inspired by Dewey, Piaget, and Vygotsky; Montessori schools embracing both AMI and AMS accreditation; and progressive language immersion programs in Mandarin and Spanish.

Summary

As a Lead Infant Teacher at Chesterbrook Academy, you will create, manage, and participate in various learning environments and activities that foster students' development and help them achieve their learning objectives. Collaborate professionally with other teachers and staff to promote the well-being of the school and its community.

  • Promote a positive culture, ensuring quality education programs and successful curriculum implementation.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and attractive learning environment in compliance with all licensing and accreditation standards.
  • Develop a nurturing, inclusive classroom that inspires and engages children, fostering lifelong learning and caring deeply about individual needs.
  • Build strong relationships with families, students, and staff, working collaboratively with a diverse team.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or completion of EDU119, or hold a North Carolina Early Childhood credential or CDA.
  • Ability to carry and lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
