Responsibilities

• Interact with all children to encourage development daily and maintain records.
• Establish relationships and communicate with guardians regularly.
• Maintain supervision of all students and provide a safe environment.
• Ensure compliance with DHS procedures and YMCA policies.
• Greet families daily and address concerns to lead teacher or director.
