Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance or HVAC experience preferred.

- Preferred certifications include EPA Section 608 and OSHA Safety Training.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility systems.
- Lead and coordinate activities of Industrial Utility Technicians.
- Manage maintenance inventory and ensure operational readiness.
