Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM–1:30 PM
What You’ll Do
- As the Industrial Painter Lead, you will be responsible for both hands-on industrial painting and providing leadership to the sandblasting team.
- This is a working-lead position where you will help keep production moving while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Apply industrial coatings using spray equipment and other paint application methods
- Prepare equipment and surfaces for painting, including cleaning and surface preparation
- Inspect finished products to ensure proper coverage, quality, and consistency
- Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the sandblasting crew
- Help assign work and prioritize tasks based on production needs
- Monitor workflow and ensure projects remain on schedule
- Step in and perform sandblasting duties when team members are absent or additional support is needed
- Train and provide guidance to team members on proper painting and sandblasting techniques
- Follow all company safety procedures and ensure safe work practices are maintained
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Communicate with supervisors and other departments regarding production needs and priorities
- Assist with other painting, blasting, or production duties as needed

What You Need to Have
- Previous experience with industrial painting methods
- Experience operating paint sprayers and other industrial painting equipment
- Previous sandblasting experience is strongly preferred
- Leadership or lead experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a physical manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently while also leading a team
