Job summary

You'll perform installation, leveling, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs on lathes, mills, shapers, cranes, and hoists; familiarity with Fanuc, Mazak, Siemens, Okuma OSP, and Haas is preferred; an Electrician License is required or willing to obtain.

Qualifications

• Must diagnose both mechanical and electrical issues on precision equipment.
• Experience with CNC alignment, calibration, and ballbar testing.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and PLC wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain CNC machines and related equipment.
• Perform installation, leveling, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
• Create documentation and work orders in CMMS; coordinate with suppliers.
• Ensure safety procedures and 6S in the workspace.
