Job summary

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test machinery and equipment to ensure proper function.
• Dismantle and replace defective parts; install new or repaired components.
• Read blueprints and electrical/hydraulic schematics.
• Repair electrical apparatus and components; maintain pipe and hydraulic systems.
• Program or repair automated machinery and PLCs.
• Set up machine tools to fabricate parts; weld or cut as needed.
• Log time and material allocations; assist with design modifications.
