Job summary

M&M Manufacturing in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to lead installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment. Qualifications

• Seven+ years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance with complex troubleshooting
• Senior-level electromechanical troubleshooting expertise
• Experience reading electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and pneu/hydro diagrams
• Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and communication skills
• Experience with TPM, 5S, standard work and reliability practices
• Team-oriented with ability to participate in shift handoffs and cross-functional problem solving
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn site systems

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and continuous improvement of PM and PdM programs; optimize PMs via failure history and OEM guidance
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation/control issues; support line recovery
• Lead breakdown investigations and root cause analysis; implement corrective/preventive actions
• Ensure safety, quality, and workmanship; validate repairs through testing and handoff
• Mentor maintenance team members and share best practices
• Own CMMS work quality: create/close work orders, document downtime, and improve planning
• Drive TPM and continuous improvement with Operations and Engineering; reduce downtime and optimize changeovers
• Coordinate upgrades, expansions, installations, and acceptance testing with vendors/contractors
• Operate with minimal supervision and prioritize work based on safety and production impact
