Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

• Ability to read schematics, ladder logic, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose issues using PLCs, CNC controls, and technical manuals.
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
