We are seeking a top-notch Industrial Engineer to provide insights and guidance supporting operational excellence. You will work across multiple operations of varying sizes, products, and processes, partnering with site leadership to set them up for success. This role offers exposure to the overall business, enhancing strategic thinking and enabling you to deliver results.

• Manage deadlines and prioritize workload independently to achieve results
• Support layout, design, improvement, and implementation initiatives to optimize performance
• Champion Continuous Improvement projects for the customer
• Identify and implement cost reduction, quality, safety, and ergonomic improvements

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or similar field
