Job summary

Panelmatic Inc. is seeking a Lead Industrial Electrician to provide hands-on leadership and technical direction within the electrical integration team.

You will lead a team responsible for the electrical installation, wiring, and integration of equipment within custom metal buildings and enclosures. The role requires ensuring installations are safe, accurate, and in accordance with drawings, customer specs, Panelmatic standards, and NEC codes.

Qualifications

• Industrial Electrical Certification preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in industrial electrical installation, electrical integration, industrial construction, or a related field.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with NEC and UL codes preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of conduit bending preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction, guidance, and technical support to Electrical Integration Technicians.
• Help coordinate daily assignments and prioritize work based on project schedules and production requirements.
• Lead by example and maintain high standards for safety, quality, productivity, and workmanship.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members on electrical installation practices, tools, equipment, and Panelmatic standards.
• Assist with onboarding and training new employees.
• Monitor team progress and communicate project status to the Supervisor or Production Manager.
• Help identify and resolve production issues that could impact project schedules or quality.
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and other departments to resolve installation and technical issues.
• Provide hands-on assistance with complex electrical installations and difficult integration tasks.
