CMCO Brasil is looking for an Electrical Assembly Team Lead in Sussex, WI. This role entails leading the ETO Electrical Assembly department, ensuring quality and safety standards while performing electrical assembly tasks. The successful candidate will possess a Journeyman Electrician card, experience in industrial settings, and strong leadership skills. The position offers Monday to Friday working hours and a variety of benefits including medical insurance and paid parental leave.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician card and 3+ years of experience or 10+ years of industrial electrician experience required.
• Previous lead experience preferred.
• Ability to lift/lower/push/pull up to 40 lbs. safely.

Responsabilités

• Perform electrical assembly tasks and lead the department.
• Maintain rotation of tasks and participate in Gemba discussions.
• Act as primary trainer for electrical assembly employees.

Connaissances

Proficiency in electrical tools

Ability to read electrical prints

Strong communication skills

Analytical and organizational skills

Formation

High School Diploma or equivalent
