You will create high‑quality renders, stay current with industry trends, manage multiple projects, and mentor junior designers while translating client needs into compelling concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or related field.
• 5+ years in industrial design, automotive or heavy machinery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for up-fitted vehicles, including sketching, prototyping, and 3D modeling.
• Work with engineers and product managers to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.
• Generate high-res, photo-realistic renders for sketch underlays, design reviews, and marketing content.
• Bring innovative design solutions to improve functionality and aesthetics.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate new design technologies and materials.
• Manage multiple design projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior designers.
