• Coordinate with Transportation to schedule all transportation needs for the ensemble.
• Develop the season rehearsal/performance schedule and student membership documents.
• Register and complete all requirements to compete in a regional circuit (MAPS) and WGI.
• Develop a season budget for approval by UMBB.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with students, parents, staff, and administration.
