Job summary

Arvinas seeks a key scientific contributor in applied cellular neuroscience to drive CNS drug discovery. Focused on biochemical, immunocyto-chemical, and histochemical readouts with emphasis on high-content imaging in primary CNS tissues.

This role is based at our New Haven, CT headquarters and requires hands-on lab work, collaboration across project teams, and leadership to advance neuroscience programs.

Qualifications

• As an assay designer and hands-on cell biologist, demonstrate balance of speed with rigor in a fast-paced drug discovery environment.
• Aptitude for systematic troubleshooting of biological assay systems.
• Energetic, positive leader by example, with capacity to grow into a team leader.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement in vitro pharmacology readouts utilizing cellular endpoints such as ELISA, WB, and imaging.
• The incumbent will lead CNS immuno-histochemical endpoints and contribute to HCI best practices.
• Timely generation of data to support program decisions and communicate results to leadership.
• Set high standards in data analysis and QC and drive innovation in data interrogation.
• Interface with automated biology to translate assays into automation-ready workflows.
