Job summary

The University of Cincinnati's Department of Athletics is seeking a Videoboard Experience Specialist to enhance in-venue videoboards and fan engagement across athletic venues. This is a full-time, salaried position, with potential placement at Associate Director or Director level depending on qualifications.

You will lead in-game production, operate the videoboard, coordinate talent and crews, edit content, and ensure accessibility standards while adhering to policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; six years of related education/experience can qualify.
• Two years of relevant experience in videoboard or event production.
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite, Sound Director, and Daktronics.
• Experience operating videoboard at large venues or events.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of in-game production for videoboards.
• Operate videoboard and manage control room during events.
• Execute game-day scripts and promotions via screens.
• Collaborate with the creative team on multimedia content ideation and refinement.
• Lead production, setup and shoots for in-game features, coordinating talent and staff.
• Edit video and photo content; manage assets and ensure accessibility standards.
