Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a retail merchandiser to support in-store execution and shopper-facing displays across locations in Maine. You will build displays and end caps, rotate shelves, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Competitive hourly wages start at $18 per hour, with growth and training provided to help you advance within the company.

Qualifications

18 years or older.
1-2 years merchandising experience.
Experience leading and training people.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliable transportation to work location.
Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.
Work independently, but also possess team-building skills.

Responsibilities

Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
