Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a retail associate to provide in-store merchandising support, build displays and end caps, reset shelves, and track inventory. You will assist with leadership tasks, reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires in a dynamic team environment.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. Competitive hourly wages start at $18 per hour with benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling and onboarding new hires.
