Job summary

Honor is seeking highly reliable Lead Care Professionals in the greater Pittsburgh metro area to provide compassionate in-home care to seniors. You will be the first point of contact, building trust with clients and their families while coordinating with Care Pros and office staff.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care and daily activities, reviewing care plans, supporting other caregivers, and ensuring high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional caregiving experience.
• Active CNA, HHA, LPN, or RN credential preferred.
• Open weekday availability with weekend on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, professional care to seniors in clients' homes.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, transfers, meals, and daily routines.
• Review care plans and visit notes to understand client needs.

Skills
