Job summary

A leading provider of network services is seeking an In-Building Wireless & DAS Lead in Whitpain Township, PA. This role includes owning the strategy and design of in-building wireless solutions for venues like stadiums and airports. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years in in-building wireless systems, lead complex deployments, and collaborate with various stakeholders. The position offers a salary range of $80K - $130K based on experience and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale DAS deployments for complex public venues.
• 8-12+ years in in-building wireless, DAS, or RF systems including field deployment activities.
• Direct experience with neutral-host DAS architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy and design of in-building wireless solutions.
• Lead technical design for high-capacity DAS environments.
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and public safety agencies.

Skills

Deep experience with in-building DAS architectures

Strong understanding of RF design for indoor environments

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven experience scoping, pricing, and costing complex projects

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

Tools

Public Safety LMR / ERRCS systems
