Job summary

Easterseals Florida, Inc is seeking an experienced Early Steps Lead Implementation Coach to support FL-EPIC, training and coaching providers to deliver high-quality services to children and families.

The role collaborates with ESSO, IHEs, and local programs to ensure fidelity, professional development, and sustainability of coaching practices. Strong IDEA knowledge and Florida Early Steps policy familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a human services field.
• Strong communication, organization and collaboration skills.
• Experience with early intervention, coaching and home visiting services.
• Knowledge of Part C/IDEA and Florida Early Steps policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead professional development and coaching initiatives for Early Steps providers.
• Coach providers on home visiting practices and embedded interventions.
• Support coaching practices and data collection efforts.
• Ensure fidelity of FL-EPIC implementation across local programs.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
