Remote Position
As a Lead Implementation Architect at Karbon, you’ll be the technical lead on data migrations and integrations, shaping how our customers transition into Karbon’s platform. You’ll architect and oversee migrations from document management systems (Google Drive, SharePoint, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.) and practice-critical tools, while mentoring a small team to execute on your vision.
This is a hybrid role: you’ll set the blueprint for scalable processes, frameworks, and tooling — while also dedicating some capacity for hands-on delivery. Over time, you’ll transform implementation work from one-off projects into repeatable, scalable solutions. You’ll also partner closely with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap for productized integrations and define when to create services packages for custom solutions.
The estimated base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $155,000 USD.
