Job summary

Bio-Techne is seeking a senior leader to drive plate-based ELISA and bead-based Luminex immunoassay product development. You will conceptualize assays, guide development through release, and collaborate with broader Bio-Techne teams to align with market needs.

You will analyze data, prepare reports, mentor lab members, and craft marketing content to support product launches. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in biochemistry, biology or equivalent.
• Experience developing immunoassays is preferred.
• Experience with electronic lab notebooks (ELN) and database management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex immunoassay product development projects and drive milestones.
• Manage multiple projects and meet timelines and product requirements.
• Gather and analyze data to guide future experimentation and process improvements.
• Generate high-quality reports and presentations for core teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate across departments and communicate workload and progress to stakeholders.
• Contribute to design control and phase gate processes and define product requirements.
• Develop marketing content to support the release of new products.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
