Job summary

Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is seeking a Lead IT Ignition Full Stack Engineer to lead solution design, technical delivery, and lifecycle support for enterprise MES/SCADA solutions built on the Ignition platform.

This role acts as the technical lead for digital manufacturing initiatives, ensuring scalable architecture, secure integration, and high-quality delivery across project, release, and run support activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 12+ years IT experience with manufacturing or OT/IT environments.
• Proven track record shipping high-quality enterprise apps.
• Strong Ignition knowledge and hands-on development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, technical delivery, and lifecycle support for Ignition MES/SCADA solutions.
• Develop applications using Ignition Perspective, Vision, and gateway services.
• Integrate Ignition with ERP/QMS/WMS and plant systems.
• Provide technical oversight for production incidents and performance improvements.
