Job summary

Coupa seeks a Lead Site Reliability Engineer - Active Directory to set the strategic direction for a global IAM program. You will define roadmaps, oversee AD design, and mentor teams to secure access and authentication across the Coupa Cloud ecosystem.

You will drive best practices in directory services, security, and reliability, partnering with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑growing company.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) including DNS, DHCP, Certificate Services, and GPO management.
• Experience with cloud directory services such as AWS Directory Service and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Knowledge of IGA processes, RBAC/ABAC, and compliance reporting.
• Experience with GitOps for infrastructure configuration.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern an Identity-as-Code ecosystem with CI/CD for AD.
• Lead global identity infrastructure design across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Escalation point for complex AD incidents and problem resolution.
• Implement observability and alerting for directory services using modern tools.
• Define least-privilege delegation model and administer IAM governance.
• Onboard apps with Okta and other identity platforms; mentor security best practices.
• Publish standards for identity architecture and security as a domain authority.
