Requirements include a Master's in PA Studies, PA-C, NJ licensure, BLS/ALS, ENLS and FCCS certification within specified periods. Salary range $125,000-$195,000 per year with pay transparency, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies required.
• PA-C certification and NJ licensure required.
• ENLS and FCCS certifications required within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICU APP team and oversee critical care in collaboration with intensivists and hospitalists.
• Perform exams, order tests, and manage diagnostic and therapeutic plans.
• Coordinate care across the ICU and participate in administrative duties such as scheduling and mentoring.
