Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute in Tampa, FL, is expanding and seeking a full-time Critical Care Intensivist (MD/DO) in the Department of Anesthesiology. This is a 100% ICU role overseeing a 16-bed Surgical ICU and coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams.

We seek board-certified or eligible physicians who have completed an ACGME-approved Critical Care fellowship and demonstrate strong communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Board-certified intensivist with fellowship in Critical Care Medicine.
• MD/DO degree required with board certification or eligibility.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a 16-bed Surgical ICU team and care plan.
• Oversee patient care for complex critical illnesses across organ systems.
• Ensure adherence to MMG policies and maintain high-quality clinical care.
