Job summary

Apple Inc. in Culver City, CA, seeks a Lead iCloud Insights Engineer to own data product strategy for the iCloud Services Data Science & Analytics team.

You will build AI-assisted web applications that surface scalable, interactive insights for business partners, and you will mentor engineers while shaping technical direction. You will collaborate with Product, Business, Engineering, and Marketing to surface metrics, design datasets, and deploy AI-powered automation across complex data products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Data Visualization, Analytics, or Software Engineering, with senior/lead scope.
• Experience building and deploying custom web apps using modern frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM into applications or workflows.
• Strong SQL and data modeling for interactive apps.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools for custom web apps.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive data product and application strategy for iCloud on the Services Data Science & Analytics team.
• Design and build AI-assisted full-stack web applications for actionable insights.
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into data products and pipelines.
• Define metrics, datasets, and develop automation for tools.
• Lead next-generation reporting, mentor engineers, and guide tech direction.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive project delivery.
