Description:

We are seeking a SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our identity and access management solutions using the SailPoint IdentityNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identity governance, access management, and experience integrating SailPoint with various systems.

Estimated salary range for this position is $107,208.79 - $139,371.43 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications:

Degrees: Bachelor's degree required.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or similar IAM solutions.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IAM principles, including Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Management, and compliance controls.
• Programming Proficiency: Familiarity with scripting and query languages such as Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, and SQL for automation and integrations.
• Cloud Knowledge: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their IAM solutions.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide clear documentation for processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: SailPoint certification (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer) is preferred.
• Additional IAM Tools: Experience with other IAM tools such as Okta, CyberArk, or Ping Identity is a plus.
• DevOps Familiarity: Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker) is beneficial.
