Job Description:

Design, develop, test, implement, and integrate Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and solutions. Ensure solutions safeguard information resources against unauthorized use, inappropriate access, disclosure, damage, and loss. Identify, analyze, and resolve system design weaknesses. Guide team members in troubleshooting IAM issues. Respond to security breaches and ensure data and infrastructure protection through appropriate security controls. Oversee vulnerability testing, report findings, and establish best practices and standards for security. Design, implement, maintain, upgrade, and oversee security measures for data, systems, and networks. Lead responses to security incidents and conduct vulnerability scans as needed. The estimated salary range for this position is $107,209 - $139,371 annually, depending on experience.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Expert knowledge of SailPoint.
  • Advanced experience with Unix, Linux, and Windows Server.
  • Experience with IAM design, architecture, implementation, and maintenance of solutions such as SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ, Oracle Identity Manager, Okta, Delinea/Thycotic Suite, Imprivata, SecZetta NE Profile, and advanced knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, and AWS.
  • Familiarity with Identity Management areas such as SSO, MFA, Resource Provisioning, RBAC, Access Requests, and Certification.
  • Knowledge of authentication, federation, and identity management technologies like OAuth 2, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, U2F/UAF/FIDO2, HOTP, TOTP.
  • Strong understanding of HTTP(S), TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, cryptographic protocols, and certificate services.
  • Experience with web service APIs, protocols, and standards such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML.
  • Programming skills in Java, JavaScript, SQL, C#/C++, BASH, PowerShell, Python.
  • Understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, and IT controls.
  • Ability to manage project scope, schedule, and documentation.
  • Mentor and train junior IAM engineers.

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience required.
