The Northern Trust Company is seeking a Lead, Identity & Access Management (IAM) Automation & Strategy in Chicago. The Lead, Identity & Access Management (IAM) Automation & Strategy, plays a key role in driving automation, process optimization, and Digital Coworker capabilities across the IAM organization. This position partners with engineering teams, cyber security professionals, product owners, and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, develop scalable solutions, and support IAM modernization initiatives. The successful candidate will leverage experience with the Tines automation platform and other emerging technologies to develop automation solutions and support Digital Coworker initiatives that streamline identity lifecycle management, access governance, privileged access management, reporting, compliance activities, and operational support processes. This role combines hands‑on automation development with strategic planning and process optimization to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience across the IAM organization.
