Job summary

Cenergy International Services leads the Kilby project in Houston, TX, coordinating Commissioning, I&C, and startup activities to deliver a safe and seamless turnover from construction to pre-commissioning and startup. The role requires collaboration with Bechtel, Dashiell, and owner teams across multiple sites.

The position will drive systems completion, testing procedures, and turnover compliance, enabling a reliable facility handover while aligning with project schedules and OE standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of related facilities engineering experience with I&C design, commissioning and startup.
• Understanding of how Power Generation Facilities equipment functions in the field.
• Strong technical background with a project execution focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation of Systems Completion, Commissioning and Startup plans for safe turnover from construction to pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup.
• Interface with EPCs, and with Operations System Champions to ensure alignment of SC plans and smooth handover to O&M.
• Manage commissioning and startup interfaces between owner’s team vendors and main EPC contractors to meet project milestones.
