Job summary

Technology Service Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Aircraft/Missile Systems Engineer to lead systems engineering activities for hypersonic capabilities under the NRL/ONR FLASH program. This role requires significant expertise in missile or aircraft systems and integration while being based onsite in Washington DC.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 20+ years of systems engineering experience, and deep knowledge of GNC systems. The position offers a stable work environment with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits including a 401k plan and flexible work schedules.

Qualifications

• 20 years or more of systems engineering experience.
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a government security clearance.
• Hands-on experience with actuator technologies and flight test instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the specification and procurement of a hypersonic vehicle.
• Develop Technical Performance Metrics for vehicle development.
• Collaborate with aerodynamicists to evaluate vehicle performance.
